What is this new POSC System?The payroll online service center is a new
service where you can access the following by visiting Central Payroll Bureau’s web site

Current Year Pay StubsEmployees who currently receive a printed check will be able to view and print copies of their most recent pay stubs.Employees who participate in Direct Deposit will be able to view and print copies of their entire current (calendar) years pay stub.
We encourage you to sign up for Direct Deposit.
POSCWeb Only AccessEmployees that participate in direct deposit
will have the option to sign up for Web Only Access. This feature will allow you to view and print copies of the entire (calendar) year’s pay stub information and the Prior Year year end pay stub information starting with the year end for 2005. POSC will tract and provide up to (5) years of year end history.
By electing Web Only Access you have cancelled your pay stub from being mailed out through the University which increases your privacy

W-2Employees will be able to view and
print a duplicate copy of their (most recent 2 years) W-2 data, without having to request it from payroll or receive it via mail.

Signing UpTo sign up for POSC you will need
your most recent pay stub to provide you with personalized data and unique information. You will be able to create you own Logon ID and password, that will be used each subsequent time you access the POSC.
Choose a ID and password that’s easy to remember!
POSCAdditional InformationTerminated employees, will be removed
after (2) years. Employees that were receiving a check will only be able to view and print their last two pay stubs. Employees that had direct deposit will be able to view and print pay stub information for the last year of employment.
Note: Each year on January 1st, POSC clears out all previous year pay stub information.
