Main activities are planned in Halls 6, 7, and 8. Shuttle Bus SponsorSAP provides shuttle buses connecting the venue with the conference hotels and airport. The shuttle use is free of charge for all SAP FKOM Barcelona registrants. Numerous attendees make use of this convenient service.

Registration For Sponsorship PackageParticipation as a sponsor is by invitation only.

The sponsor registration can only be completed by registering on the sponsoring partner website: http://events.calliesundschewe.de/sapfkom2015

In order to sign up as a sponsor, please register for your access details which will be sent to you promptly. Log on to the sponsoring partner website and select the package of your choice. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation PDF which has to be signed and returned to sponsors’ management within two business days.

Your sponsorship order becomes effective once the signed order confirmation is received by Callies & Schewe Kommunikation.

The sponsorship registration deadline is November 28, 2014.

Please note that all sponsorship activities have to be coordinated by Callies & Schewe Kommunikation as the official SAP FKOM Barcelona sponsors’ management. Session Integration (Platinum and Gold packages) End of October SAP will begin the reviewing process of your session integration proposals based on the registered sponsorships. Please hand-in the following items to ensure a smooth review:

Important Information for Sponsors

Please note that the session integration is not an alone-standing session. Your topic and messages will be integrated in existing sessions where you will be the co-speaker.

CancellationUntil December 5, 2014, the sponsorship can be cancelled without a fee. After December 5 the full fee will be charged (non refundable).
