Khun Prayudh Mahagitsiri, one of Thailand’s eminent industrialists who had pioneered many ‘first-in-Thailand’ projects, established various companies under the umbrella of PM Group with a vision to develop first class businesses to support and complement the growth of Thailand in the global economy as well as to help position the Kingdom of Thailand as the leading exporter of state-of-the-art industrial products.

1983 Thai Film Industries PCL, the first first manufacturer of BOPP and polyester film in Thailand, was established.

1989 Instant Coffee factory – Quality Coffee Products Co., Ltd. – in joint venture with Nestle S.A. was set up under their world-famous brand Nescafé.

1990 ThaiNox Stainless Steel PCL, the firstfirst and only Cold Rolled Stainless Steel plant in Thailand was established.

1991 Thai Copper Industries PCL, the firstfirst copper smelter and refinery plant in Thailand, was set up.

1989 Property development business, which includes golf courses, residential properties, condominiums and offices, was established.

KFELS Mod V - B Class Jack-up Rig



Asia Offshore Drilling Limited is a jack-up rig company with three KFELS Mod V - B Class jack-up rigs being constructed at Keppel FELS Limited in Singapore.

Deliveries of the three rigs are expected in the first, second and third calendar quarters of 2013 respectively.

The Company is listed in Norway on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Unique Mining Services Public Company Limited (“UMS”) imports superior quality coal from Indonesia with medium calorific value which create low environment impacts.

UMS’ main target clientele in the medium and small-sized categories are the food and beverage industries, pulp and paper industries and textile industries.
