BackgroundIn 1986, the SWSA began collaboration with Zhongshan University in Guangzhou by placing MSW students in the Guangzhou Federation of Women and the Guangzhou Communist Youth

Since 1998, the SWSA has already sent a total of 300 social work students in various placement settings in different countries and places, such as Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, UK, USA, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Sichuan, Taiwan and Japan. *

Duration of Placement for 2014Summer Block only BSW : June 2 to Aug 8, 2014, 400 hours (10 weeks) or MSW : *June 2 to Aug 8, 2014, 450 hours (for 10 or 11 weeks of placement duties)* Could start the placement earlier
