Even the geese are waiting for spring. These geese were spotted next to a pond tucked away in Hampton Manor in East Greenbush. This pond is not only a quiet place to take a break from a busy day but it’s great to walk around for a daily exercise routine. There are so many places like this throughout the county...places we drive by everyday and sometimes take for granted.

The Benefits of Therapeutic Massage

Love your bodyBe kind to it,nourish it,tender it,it is the pure instrument of

expression that allows you to experience life on this plane-------------RAMTHA

Massage Therapy has been known for centuries to reduce tension and ease sore muscles. Therapeutic Massage is an age-old remedy and health practice. Many healing systems including this culture, use hands-on-therapy to soothe aches and pains and facilitate the body’s own healing powers.

This response reverses the damaging physiological effects of distress, resulting in slower heart rate, lower blood pressure and better circulation to internal organs. Massage breaks the accumulation of stress-related symptoms.
