Crawford Partnership was established in 1997 as a design led architecture and interior design practice by Principle, Alan Crawford, who has a proven track record in design and construction, having previously been a partner in an international London based practice, working both in London and in the Middle East.The practices purpose built North London offices are located in a 3 storey Live/Work unit in Muswell Hill, designed and developed ‘in house’ by Crawford as part of a 3 unit Brownfield site redevelopment. Crawford’s award winning designs are driven by clear goals to maximise the opportunity to create interesting, sculptured exteriors, combined with

interiors that incorporate dramatic use of materials and light, whilst at the same time addressing issues of sustainability, energy efficiency and cost from the outset of the design process. The practice has developed strong relationships with many local materials and product suppliers and also works closely with contractors and fellow construction professionals locally in many of its projects.Crawford Partnership projects are regularly featured in many of the well known design and lifestyle magazines. As testament to their growing reputation, in 2007 leading design magazine, Wallpaper*, recognized the practice as one of the worlds 101 most exciting new architects.
