Satisfaction guaranteeMeadow Hill warrants its products to be free from defects inmaterial and workmanship for a period of one year.

LimitationsRepairs not covered in this warranty include:

• stone loss due to prong damage; • discoloration due to environmental factors;• discoloration due to an allergic reaction* to the base

metal or its alloys; and • damage due to wear, customer neglect or abuse.

Outside of this first year, repairs to damaged or worn pieceswill be quoted based on standard jewelry repair costs.

*People with known metal allergies may purchase rhodiumplating at the time the order is placed. Should a piecebecome severely tarnished later, cleaning and plating areavailable for a fee.

Aging or Deceased PetsIf your Buddie is nearing the end of life, you can capture a printusing one of the methods described below. If your pet has justpassed, you can enlist the help of your veterinarian orcremation provider.

Capturing Pet PrintsThree dimensional Buddies are crafted with prints from avariety of sources:

• Digital photographs - close ups taken without a flash• Clay, plaster or resin molds• Ink or barn/tempra paint

Print SelectionFrom images of your pet’s paw, nose, hoof, talon or othersource, Meadow Hill’s artisans select the print that captures themost character and detail to create your keepsake.

The ProcessOnce Meadow Hill receives your prints, we scan them, create awax model, and use the process known as lost wax casting toproduce your one-of-a-kind piece. After polishing, each piece isfurther personalized with engraving. Engraving options are listedthroughout this booklet.
