• Group Norms– Norms are the informal rules which the groups
adopt to regulate the group members’ behavior.• Group Cohesiveness– This is the degree of interpersonal attractiveness
within a group, reliant on factors like similarities, proximity, attraction among the individual group members, intergroup competition, group size, and agreement about goals.

• Forming– In this stage the teams members begin working on their
responsibilities.– Training is the main task.
• Storming– The questions on who will be leading the team and the
structure will be formulated.– The leader makes sure team members learn and
exercise leadership skills.
