summaryThe Organizational Culture of Prop Tiger having an average of weighted mean of 57% on the basis of the survey which was done with help of questionnaire and their responses filled by the 10 respondents of the organization shows that the culture of the organization is not good and requires improvement to establish better relation with their employees as well as with customer and for the better growth of the Organization.

On the basis of analysis the Organization is require to provide better employee training and support. Organization should motivate his employees for performing better through providing emotional support, by welcoming new ways of performing work from employees and appreciating them through interactive sessions. Providing employees authority to serve customers best by their own.
