OKR is a goal management framework that helps define and get from A to B.

Objectives set a clear direction and are inspiring

Key Results measure progress toward an Objective. They answer the question “How do I know I’m getting there.

A KPI measures the success, the output, quantity, or quality of an ongoing process or activity. They measure processes or activities already in place.

SMART goals are fine if they work for you

PERFORMANCE & GROWTH STRATEGY = PERSONAL OKR’S

OKR’s (Objectives & Key Results)

• Where do I want to go? (The answer provides the Objective.)

• How will I pace myself to see if I’m getting there? (The answer gives us milestones, or Key Results.)

KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s)

• Measures the success, the output, quantity, or quality of an ongoing process or activity.

• They measure processes or activities already in place.

OKR’s and KPI’s work perfectly together.

KPIs help monitor performance and identify problems and areas for improvement; OKRs help solve problems, improve processes, and drive innovation.
