Up to 4 TR9299-WiFi. battery powered CO2 and Temp transmitters can be placed in a space to control an RTU. Control is based on highest level measured. The GW4201-A WiFi gateway is placed in the RTU. It receives the WiFi CO2 signal(s) directly and provides a 0-10 Volt signal to the RTU to control based on CO2 levels. WiFi antenna for gateway can be mounted outside RTU or extended down return air duct into the space. 24 VAC power is requred. 15 to 30 minutes installation time per RTU. The AirTest TR9210-B WiFi thermostat can be added to the installation for additional benefits: Replaces most existing thermostats using existing wires. 24 VAC powered. Local CO2 readings from the TR9299 are displayed on the thermostat. CO2 signal is passed to the RTU over existing thermostat wires. Useful when the WiFi connection to the RTU may be weak. Thermostat can be adjusted, including lockout options using the WiFi connection on a smartphone or tablet. In the RTU, the GW4201 gateway connects to the RTU CO2 input and to the Thermostat contacts in the RTU. 24VAC power is required. 20 to 40 minutes installation time per RTU. Most RTUs have a CO2 Demand Controlled Ventilation input that is not being used. AirTest’s WiFi CO2 retrofit allows for a fast and easy energy efficiency upgrade to most any RTU. The WiFi connection is made peer-to-peer eliminating the need to tap into an existing network. Utility rebates are available in most areas.

The AirTest TR9210-B WiFi thermostat can be added to the installation for additional benefits: • Replaces most existing thermostats using existing wires. 24 VAC powered. • Local CO2 readings from the TR9299 are displayed on the thermostat. • CO2 signal is passed to the RTU over existing thermostat wires. Useful when the WiFi connection to the RTU may be weak. • Thermostat can be adjusted, including lockout options using the WiFi connection on a smartphone or tablet.

Additional Installation Options

The GW4205 is a cellular modem and WiFi transmitter that can provide a remote connection for up to 12 RTU installations. Data can be sent to any web address or to a dedicated web portal that provides: • Display of current and historical CO2 levels. • Display of thermostat settings and current and historical readings. • Provides remote thermostat setting adjustments. • Will provide power reading if the TR9215-3CT-BT is included. • Set up email and text alerts. Ideally the modem is mounted in conditioned space. RTU gateways communicate via WiFi to modem. there is a small annual web portal fee in addition to equiptment purchase. Need for a cellular connection can be eliminated if a local WiFi internet connection is available. 5 to 15 minutes installation time per site.

AirTest also offers the TR9215-3CT-BT module that can be used to measure current for 3 phase power or single phase current for two compressors and one fan. This module communicates via Bluetooth to the GW4201-B module. Bluetooth has excellent communication capabilities within and around the RTU. Up to 4 CTs are possible. This is designed to be used with the web portal to view current and historical data. 5 to 15 minutes installation time per RTU.

The AirTest TR9299 CO2 and temperature sensor can also be easily integrated into existing BACnet®, Modbus or SNMP networks using the BB2-7010-06 gateway. The TR9299 sensors are logged into an existing WiFi network and addressed to the gateway. The BB2-7010-06 gateway is connected to one of the routers on the network. Up to 200 sensor can be connected. Using an IP connection to the building control network the gateway identifies all CO2 sensors as BACnet®/Modbus control objects in the gateway web server.

Wireless Enhancement For The ZIP EconomizerTMTR4601 Central Outside Air Transmitter

• "Weather station quality"... accurate, excellent long term stability, pollutant and salt air resistant. • Measures Temp, RH & Absolute Pressure (±12 PA, ±0.05 in WC) • Calculates: Dew Point, Mixing Ratio, Enthalpy • Information can be used by multiple RTUs via bluetooth signal to GW4203 Gateway. • Battery or solar powered option. • Can be used to control multiple ZIPs/RTUs on the same rooftop. • Radiation shield ensures maximum accuracy.

• WiFi communicating, battery powered. 24VAC option. • Signal is relayed to thermostat and passed on to the GW4203 Gateway and into the ZIP Economizer.

• Measures inside pressure ± 12 Pa (±0.05 in WC). • Also remote temp sensor for thermostat. • Used to modulate OA dampers based on inside/outside pressure differential. • Bluetooth communicating to GW4203 Gateway. • Battery powered.

• Replaces most 24VAC powered thermostats. • Uses existing wires. • Displays CO2 levels. • Displays ZIP Economizer fault messages (meets 2016 Title 24 in CA). • WiFi interface via phone or tablet to adjust or lock out. • Over-wire communication to GW4203.

Digital sensor Interface to the ZIP. • Economizer signal based on OA conditions measured by the TR4601 (Enthalpy or dew point). • CO2 DCV signal relayed to the ZIP. • Comparison of inside outside pressure to modulate air intake for pressurization. • Relays ZIP fault Messages to thermostat. • Can support web portal interface with internet or cellular connection (small annual fee).

Ideal for new or retrofit economizer control. • 30 Points of RTU fault detection. • BACnet® interface. • Combined with the GW4203 sensor , all the additional control and sensing capability on this page can be added. • Also requires ZIP Economizer damper actuator and serial communication module.
