HOW THE APPROVER PROCESS WORKS 1. User whose orders require

approval (Requester) places an order on the website.

2. Email is sent to that user’s Approver(s).

3. Approver logs onto website to review, make changes, and approve/reject the order. An email notification is sent to the Requester.
