Welcome to online ordering at www.gosabs.com! This guide will help you through the ordering process, step-by-step.

Before we get started, please take note of the following: Web orders will be processed at 3 PM daily, Monday through Friday, excluding

holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Web orders will be automatically billed to your existing account.

Regular delivery schedules will apply.

There is no service charge for using our online ordering system.

Any information obtained will be kept confidential, and will not be distributed.

Your information is kept secure through 128 bit encryption.

All web orders come directly to our office in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Multiple user accounts are allowed—please contact us for information!

If you do not have a user name and password for our site, you can get an application by:

Using your chosen Internet browser, enter www.gosabs.com in the address bar.

This will take you to the Home Page. Just below the SABS logo, you will see a Please Login link. Click on this link to log into your account.

Clicking on Please Login brings you to the Login page. Enter your User Name and Password, and click on Login. If you do not remember your password, please use the Forgot Password link.

You should always use your personal User Name and Password. Logging in as a Guest is possible, but remember that all orders that are placed under the Guest account are not processed, and are automatically deleted.

You can use any Web Browser to access our Web Site!

Remember! Using the Guest Login will not allow you to place an order!

After logging in, you are automatically routed back to the Home Page. As you can see, the Please Login link under the SABS logo has changed. It will now welcome you back to our site! Right next to the welcome message is the Log Out link. You can use this to Log Out of your account at any time.

The Home Page offers a variety of information, news, and even web-only specials! Click on any of the banners for more information!

Use the links at the bottom of each page to get more information about our company, and the products that

we offer!

Use Quick Order Settings to personalize your order preferences.

Enter the Item # and Quantity in these boxes.

Use the Comment / Description box for your own personal notes, ie. “Susan’s Labels” or “Marketing”

This box is Optional.

Clear All will delete everything out of your

Quick Order form.

Add To Cart and Save To Favorites will add your items to your checkout cart, as well as add them to your

Favorites list.

Add To Favorites will add your items to your Favorites list.

Add To Cart will add your items to your checkout cart only.

At the top of every page, you will find a “Quick Links” bar, with blue text. These links will be most helpful as you get used to ordering on our web site!

HOME PAGE – This link will take you back to the Home, or Start Page. QUICK ORDER – This will take you to the Quick Order Page. This page is helpful if you already know your part numbers, and want to quickly enter your order, so you can get on with your day!

After entering all of your information, you have several options at the bottom of this page:


Brand - Enter the Manufacturer of your

Device.

Model – Enter the Model Number of your Device.

Device – Enter the Device Type, ie. Ink Jet Printer,

Calculator, etc.

Note: Not all information is required. However, the more information you can give, the more specific the

results will be.

This is where the search results will

display. When you see the model that

you are looking for, just click on the link provided to see your

supplies.

INK AND TONER – This will take you to the Find Ink and Toner Page. Here, you can enter the Brand, Device, and/or Model Number of your machine, and the site will search for the available supplies for that machine.

After entering your brand name, this is what the results will look like. After finding your model number in the results, click on the corresponding link to see the available supplies for your machine. Note that you do not have to enter information in all three fields; however, the more information that you enter, the more specific the displayed results will be.


This is where you can view the item’s description, and, if available, a picture of the item as well.. If you would like more information, you

can click on the link provided.

You can add the item directly to your cart and/or your favorites list, right from this page.

Hovering over the Favorites link will bring up the Favorites sub-menu.

After clicking on the link that corresponds to your model number, you will see a list of available supplies for your machine. From this page, you can see the item’s description and price, and you can add it directly to your cart and/or your favorites list.

FAVORITES – If you hover your mouse over the Favorites link, a dropdown menu will appear. You will have the option to Manage Favorites Lists, as well as quick links to your individual lists, after you have created them.

You can click on any of your already-created lists, or you can click on Manage Favorites Lists to see all of your lists in one place.


You can view the contents of each

list by clicking on the list’s name

You can Add / Edit items, Delete, or Copy a list quickly using these buttons.

You can easily create a new favorites list

by clicking on either of the blue Create New List buttons.

Hovering over the My Accounts link will bring up the Accounts sub-menu.

From the Manage Favorites Lists screen, you can view / add / edit / delete items on any of your favorites lists, or delete any of your lists entirely. You can also create a new list, by clicking on the blue Create New List button.

MY ACCOUNTS – If you hover your mouse over the My Accounts link, a dropdown menu will appear. Depending on your security level, you may or may not have all of the options shown below.

Using this drop-down menu will give you access to the online order history, saved orders, and the profile for your specific account only. This will not allow you access to your sales history for faxed or called in orders. Please note: We have disabled the Pay Invoices feature for all users. If you click on the Pay Invoices link, you could see an error message Unable to load invoices, similar to the one here: If you have questions concerning your account balance, or if you would like to make a payment, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 870-879-6400, or toll free at 877-886-6400. We do not accept credit card payments on our web site.


At the top of each page is a Search box. You can search by item number, manufacturer, or description. When you start to enter your search terms, the web site will automatically show the relevant matches. You can finish typing, or you can click on any of the suggestions to complete your search. After typing your search text, or after clicking on one of the suggested results, click on the red Search button to complete your query.


From the search results screen, you can see an item’s description, price, and part number. You can click on any of the items listed for more information on the item itself. On the right side, you can add any of the items directly to your cart and/or your favorites list. If you prefer, you can use the blue categories bar to search for items. Hover over any of the categories in blue, and their subcategories will pull up automatically. You can click on any of these categories to browse through our extensive online catalog.


You can quickly access your shopping cart in the top right corner of each page.

After you have added items to your cart, click on Checkout in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This will bring you to the Review Order Details screen. Check over the order details, and make corrections, if necessary.


After double checking your order, click on Place Order. Depending on your company’s purchase settings, your order may be held until approved by your company’s purchasing manager. You will see an order confirmation screen. This will give you your order number (in RED text), as well as let you print your confirmation, if you so choose.
