One picturesque weddingA picturesque garden
ceremony at the RoyalSydney Yacht Squadron,Kirribilli, was the venuechosen by Amanda Tol-hurst and Thomas Nor-ton-Knight when theyexchanged their weddingvows.
The ceremony washeld on Thursday, De-cember 27, 2012 at3.30pm in front of 150family and friends.
Presiding over the cer-emony was marriage cel-ebrant Amanda Knapton.
Amanda, the daughterof Mark and Jane Tol-hurst of WilberforceNSW, chose a beautifulCarla Zampatti bridaldress with a low back andfloor length sash whichwas tied simply at theback.
Her gown was com-plemented with droppearl earrings and neck-lace, which were a giftfrom the mother of thebride.
Amanda was sup-ported by her maid of ho-nour Corinne Lynch andbridesmaids GabrielleStaniforth and AntoniaTrumbull.
The maid of honourand bridesmaids all woresilk maxi dresses in sum-mer pastel colours byHoney Beau.
The bride and herbridesmaids all carriedsimplistic bouquets ofgardenias and creamDavid Austin roses cre-ated by Floreat.
Thomas, the son ofAndrew and Janet Nor-ton-Knight of Forbes,
was supported by his bestman Huw Wardrope andgroomsmen Reid Doyleand Michael Hicks.
The men chose blacktie dinner suits as theirwedding ensembles.
After the weddingguests enjoyed drinks onthe lawn of the yacht clubbefore being transferredby water taxi to ‘The Is-
land Sydney’ – a floatingopen-air pontoon,moored at Farm Cove,Sydney Harbour – for anevening to remember.

The local couple exchangedvows in front of family andfriends during an outdoor cere-mony at Wheogo Park Forbes,on Saturday, November 10,2012 at 4pm.
Samantha, the daughter ofMichael and Gail Legg ofForbes, chose a white Cruxgown from Emmimae Bridaland Formalwear of Forbes asher wedding dress.
Complementing the gownwas Samantha’s hair, which wasdone by Holly Eldridge andmake-up by Kylie Spice.

The wedding cake, whichwas made by Heidi Brown, wasa three-tier mud cake coveredwith white icing and featuringblue sashes.
