NOTICE AND INVITATION TO BIDDERS CONTRACT NO. 193022 QUESTCDN PROJECT NO. 7084415 BID NO. 20.166 Notice is hereby given that the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is accepting Bids on the following Work: PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX (PSC) POLICE DEPARTMENT IT ROOM AND 911 TELEPHONE ROOM BACKUP HVAC SYSTEM: 1. Furnish and install dedicated Mini Split (ductless) condensing units on roof and indoor wall mounted units at each of the rooms indicated on plans, 2. Provide all required refrigeration piping between the outdoor and the indoor units. 3. Provide condensate piping to existing drains in each room. 4. Install electrical service connections to the condensing unit and indoor units as required. Wire to existing power panel as indicated on plans. 5. Add Alternate 1: Disconnect and remove existing unit duct mounted smoke detector from four package units (2 per each room) and program fire alarm control panel as required. 6. Alternate 2: Add new thermostats to existing units (1 per each room) and wire roof top units to provide separate controls for each unit. 7. Add Alternate 3: Install protective drain pan below the existing roof drains exposed in the police Department IT room and pipe to the drain inside the room. The address of the Broken Arrow Public Safety Complex is 1101 N 6th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Contract time for project shall be One hundred Eighty (120) calendar days. Contract No: 193022 OPTIONAL PRE-BID MEETING will be held on by video conference from the site at 1101 N 6th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 at 9:00 a.m. on May 28, 2020 by Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the meeting is encouraged and recommended but not mandatory and will allow the contractor to view the two rooms and location of electrical cabinet first hand.
