Delivering the Best Value: Administrative Changes

Immediate changes – recouping $13,000 this season:•Reduced the costs associated with administering evaluations

•Discontinued the referral bonus program

•Raise price of pickups and divisional scrimmages to $20/skater

•Eliminated early bird incentives

•Change gear sale price to $10

Future changes under evaluation:•Move to custom registration solution

•Re-evaluate the benefits of the early bird registration price

•Change cost of GHATD to $25
