EXAM:

Students of NIPM approach their examinations in liberal method. Here are th

steps a student needs to take for examinations.

A student may apply for examinations once ready with complete study of th

books provided. Upon requesting examinations, student shall receiv

examination papers within twenty five working days time. Hence, student sha

make a request for examinations at least twenty five days in advanc

A student should submit the question papers along with answer sheets at th

end of examination duration.

Results shall be declared within forty-five working days time in the form of mar

sheet and certificate.

In case of DMS students, the certification shall be three parts consisting of Mark

sheet, certificate and appreciation letter in recognition of the project wo

undertaken successfully as part of course requirements.

All marks sheets for semester pattern course shall be issued along with fin

certificate.

OPTION:

If the students desire to appear for three hour class room examination, they ca

do so. The exams will be conducted at NIPM study centers. In such a case th

students will not be allowed to refer study material in the examination cente

The students should indicate the preference for this option at the time o

admission in application form.

GRADING:

Grading is based on percentage of marks scored by individual student.

A+ -75% and above

A - 65-74%

B - 55-64%

C - 50-54%

Admission Procedure:

Applicants are required to complete the Application form and pay the

fees at the time of admission.

The Student can pay fees in Cash, Online or DD/Cheque should be draw

in favor of National Institute of Planning & Management payable

Documents can be sent via courier/post or can be submitted at andesignated branch.

Important:

Courses once selected will not be changed under any circumstances. Yo

can change the course on the same day of admission till the workin

hours.

Students shall receive the course material within Twenty-one workin

days time after completion of admission formalities. A student ma

receive the complete set of materials upon submission of complet

applicable fees. A student may apply for examinations once ready wit

complete study of the books provided. Upon requesting examinations

the student may receive examination papers within fifteen working day

time. Hence, a student shall make a request for examinations at leas

In case of failing in an examination, a student may apply for re

examination by submitting Rs.500/-per subject of failing and shall receiv

fresh set of question papers within fifteen working days time

The fees amount may be submitted in the form of a cheque drawn in th

favor of "National Institute of Planning & Management", in case a chequ

submitted for fees gets bounced because of lack of funds then th

student is liable to pay Rs.500/-towards cheque bounce charges.
