Pelsart: Aaliyah C and Kyjuan M. Enrolments for 2020 are now open for Kindergarten and Pre-Primary. Kindergarten enrolments will go into the draw to win a Scholarship, with three lucky recipients receiving Paid Tuion Fees for their enre schooling at Bluff Point Primary School, and their first School Uniform free of charge. Please complete an Applicaon for Enrolment at our front Office. Thank you to everyone who has supported Bluff Point Primary School in the IGA 'Shop For Your School' program. When you shop at any SUPA IGA store, simply ask the checkout operator to allocate your points to Bluff Point Primary School. Thank you for your support! In celebraon of Harmony Week, we have two special events happeningFriday 15 March Tradional Malay Mock Wedding Our staff and students are showcasing the customs of a Tradional Malay Wedding ceremony, tomorrow 15 March at 11am. I would like to sincerely thank Mrs Ajaran for her amazing efforts in bringing this amazing event together for our families' and community to enjoy. Wed 20 March Everyone Belongs This event has been bought forward to next week. Through musical direcon from Mrs Molseed, students will take part in acvies celebrang our diverse culture. Administration Notices

SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES - All Welcome!

Assemblies are held on Friday mornings at 9am as stated in the Term Planner. Our next Assembly is on 29 March, hosted by Room 15. Merit certificates will be given out to deserving students. We look forward to seeing you there.

CONTRIBUTIONS AND CHARGES - 2019

Tax Invoices have been sent home. We encourage par-ents to make payments before the end of Term 1. Eftpos facilities are available at the School Office or can also be made online. If necessary, payment options may be nego-tiated with the school.

ABSENTEE NOTES

Please utilise the School Stream App, phone the office or send in a note to notify the School when your child is absent.

‘READING BUG’ PROGRAM

Mrs O’Malley is urgently seeking volunteers to help with Reading Bugs which operates Monday to Thursday from 8.30 to 8.50 in Room 10. If you are available to listen to children read on any day please leave your name and available days at the Office and we will contact you.

DELIVERING LUNCHES

Just a reminder that if you are delivering lunches to the School, please have them to the office by 12.45pm at the latest. It would also be appreciated if Kindy and Pre Pri-mary lunches could be delivered directly to their classrooms. Students are not to wait at the Office for lunches, but at the lunch areas.

CANTEEN

The Canteen is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30am. Students have up until recess to place their orders. The Canteen can not provide lunches to students who forget to put in their lunch order in the morning. No credit/booking up. The Canteen’s direct phone number is 9923 1943.

CHANGED CONTACT DETAILS

We need to be able to contact you, sometimes urgently. It is important for us to have your address, home, mobile and work phone numbers, as well as emergency contact’s details.

If any of your details have changed, please contact our Front Office staff as soon as possible. We need your help to keep our records up to date.

HOMEWORK CLASSES - Start the Dream Tuesdays 3.15pm - 4.15pm

Open to all Year 4, 5 & 6 students, please contact the School Office to register your interest in the program.

Parents are asked to collect their children from the undercover area at 4.15pm sharp. Thank you.

Kindergarten eligibility (ie Born 1 July 2015 - 30 June 2016)

Pre Primary eligibility

(ie Born 1 July 2014 - 30 June 2015)

Birth certificates and Immunisation records must be provided on enrolment.

We are offering Scholarships for three lucky Kindergarten students.

Recipients will receive Paid Tuition Fees for their entire schooling at Bluff Point Primary School, and their first School Uniform provided free of charge.

Simply complete an Application for Enrolment at our Office to be in the running.
