Services And Asset Management Agreement (SAAMA) signed on June 25, 2011
Assets, resources and functions were transferred to LWMC
Residual functions like;
Enforcement, regulation and levy of tax
Agreement signed on 27th December 2010 for technical support;
Waste characterization study
Capacity building of professionals
Identification and designing of integrated waste disposal facility
Designing of new waste management system
Agreement with M/s. ISTAC
