� Configuration of single step / single-user or multi-step / multi-user scenarios, including

workflow integration

� Decoupling of infotypes is a technical requirement

� Advantages of traditional single-sided form :

� Infotypes fields are placed in easy understandable form

� Mix of information types and infotype fields is possible

� Simple, understandable web forms for "casual users“

� Advantages of Roadmap-Forms:

� Step by step, simple procedure of the user with a larger content

� Use of standard services for Infotypes for Personnel Administration and Organizational

Management (extension with generic services is possible)

� Once configured with the FPM infotypes can be reused in other forms

Work Feeds – ESS/MSS

• The content that is displayed comes directly from the backend

system and depends on the role

Example: The current payroll for the period 01.09.2013 - 30.09.2013 displayed.

• The administrator determines which work feeds a role can be

associated and whether it should be possible for the end user, this

"deselect”

• The user can personalize, which of possible Work feeds he wants

to assign to his lane
