This is a educational group for adults 18 years and older who have had or are experiencing difﬁculties with anger and angry impulses. Group members will be given the opportunity to identify events, relationships and triggers from the past and present that may be causing current distress in their lives. Solution oriented approaches will be utilized in order to increase each group participants ability to address anger and related issues. Who is leading the Group? This group will be led by Dave C. Robins, M.Ed. LPC. Dave is a down to earth therapist who is easy to talk to, who brings over 20 years of experience providing therapy and running groups. Areas of specialty include anger management and attention deﬁcit problems. Group Topics and Schedule. The group topics cover 12 sessions. Group members can start the group at any time, but are expected to attend until you have completed 12 sessions. Grops topics include: “What is Anger? Why do I get Angry? Anger is a Habit” and many more. What is the Cost? Each group costs $30.We also accept the set group rates provided by D.Y.F.S., the courts and other payment sources. How do I get started? You simply call the front desk at Genesis at 856-858-9314 to discuss becoming part of this new group. All information will be explained on the phone.
