Hi-Art High School Student Art Exhibit

April 29 – May 15, 2016

“Untitled” Jayme Reyes, Sahuarita High School

Hi-Art is an annual art exhibit for high school students in the Santa Cruz Valley. Students from high schools in Sahuarita, Rio Rico, and Nogales are invited to apply. The exhibit offers students an opportunity to learn how to professionally present their work, share their work with the larger community, and sell their artwork. Artists are urged to enter work that is innovative in concept and approach.

Entry Fee: Hi-Art 2016 has no entry fee. Entry is FREE to participating high school art students. Students may enter 1 or 2 works of art for the exhibit.

Awards: Senior Scholarship $3,000 Best of Show $300 Juror’s Award $200 Award of Excellence $150 Award of Merit $100 Honorable Mention $50

Sales: For all artwork sold, 100% of sales will be paid directly to the student.

Presentation: All artwork must arrive ready to hang or in a professional manner. If framed, work must be suitably matted (white, black or neutral colors preferred), and firmly wired. No saw tooth hangers. All work must be completely dry.
