Nevil Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. has stepped towards Public sanitation by introducing a unique

product “NEVIL APT”. Nevil APT also comes with a Bio Digester Technology that helps to recycle

the water and reuse it for flushing and platform cleaning. It has inbuilt solar panel for meeting its

electricity requirements. Company is also working with government and various research

institutions for developing solutions to protect water, preserve nature, generate alternate energy

as well.

Integral Material: Nevil APT is designed and manufactured using a material which can be termed as a new advancement in the Particle Board segment. It is one step ahead of conventional fibrocement, GI corrugated sheets and MDF. A premium product which is manufactured using recycled Tetrapak material which also possess very high flexion resistance and zero water absorption properties. Manufactured using a 100% EOU facility and these sheets also offer a host of structural and technical benefits over other similar products. 3. Green Building Product: The Nevil APT constructed by the material having a major

advantage as a room temperature varies 10% less than the apparent temperature of the surrounding atmosphere. The tests have shown that the inside room temperature is 25% less than the conventional Public Toilets.

4. Anti-fungus: Being a composition of polyethelyne and aluminum, these sheets are totally anti-fungus under extreme weather conditions. Hence it reduces cost for exterior chronological repainting of Nevil APT.

5. Termite Proof: This property gives more strength to Nevil APT from termites.

6. Excellent Illumination: The semi reflective surface of the sheets makes it more luminous and saves substantially on power bills as fewer lighting fixtures are needed for Nevil APT.

7. Crack Resistant: The expansion and contraction property of the steel structures cases cracks in the cement structure. Vice a versa these sheets’ high flexion resistance, adjusts to the changes in weather condition making Nevil APT crack free.

8. Zero water absorption: Nevil APT maintains the same weight due to zero water absorption property compared to the conventional Public Toilets made up of cement.

Ease of Installation: Due to the lightness of the material and zero water absorption property the Nevil APT proves to be economical in the long run as investment in structural fabrication gets reduced by almost 50%. Also the light weight of the sheets make it convenient and easy to handle and install.

1. Built-up Space: Unique, compact and easily portable system. Requires just 32 sq.ft

(2.97 sq.m) of space to install the unit. Total internal area is 24.5 sq.ft.(2.28 sq.m) with

a total height of 10 feet. Total advertisement area can be between 960 to 2880 sq.ft

(89.19 to 267.96 sq.m) of space.

2. Automatic Payment Collection: Coin Validator is capable of accepting any coins which

can be programmed in the unit. Denominations will be accepted.

3. Automatic Doors: Coin insertion act as triggers to open the door of the unit. Additional

physical lock, also available, for extra safety.

4. Automatic Washing Mechanisms: Three automatic washing mechanisms inside the unit,

5. Pre- flush system: Equipped to flush 100 ml of water to wet the closet surface, so as to

maintain the closet clean, before each use.

6. After Use flush: Even if the user does not flush the toilet after use, the unit has its own

system to flush and clean the closet. If the user flushes the toilet, the back-up flush

system will not function.

7. Underneath floor washing: In certain models, mud and other dust particles that go

underneath the platform can be flushed once in two days or daily. Frequency of usage

can be programmed as per the user traffic in the location.

8. Water Conservation Techniques: For usages less than 5 minutes, system will flush only

1.5 liters of water assuming, it is the usage for urinal. For usages more than 5 minutes,

4 liters of water is flushed. Hence, total water usage per user will not exceed 4 liters,

which will smartly conserve water.

9. Power mechanism: Normal 230 V AC power mechanism. Power backup as per the

requirement of the region. Inadequate availability of water or power will prompt to

close the unit, well in advance.

10. Water Management: Water tank to store 500 liters or more from the supply sources.

Alternatively, a motor to pump the water from other sources is also available. Motor

will work only when the tank is empty and will shut down automatically after the

usage.

11. GPRS enabled Controls: GPRS enabled system to control the unit from remote

location, which include remote opening and closing of unit, daily collection monitoring,

and check units’ health status through a web application or through mobile phones.

12. Solar Panel: Solar panels can be connected to generate and add on to the normal

powering systems.

13. Unique income generation model: Advertisements and daily collections, as lucrative

revenue generation sources.

14. Attaching Bio Digester Tank and Water recycling unit (Additional feature): In the

areas where drainage tank facility is not available Nevil APT can provide a Green

Eco Friendly solution to manage the waste and its disposal.

15. Ensuring Public Safety: Public Safety is completely ensured in the unit. Entry to outside

from the system is manual; a person can come outside any time using the normal door

handle.

16. Theft protection (Additional feature): Unit can also incorporate unique theft protection

and alarm system that would safeguard the unit from vandalism.

Sammit is mainly instrumental in developing NEVIL APT. NEVIL APTS can be made available in the form of a handy kit. All components are color coded to facilitate easy assembly at site. A detailed instruction manual with simple illustrations is supplied with the kit. The foundation angles are grounded after marking the plinth.
