UNDERSTANDING THE CLIENT’S REQUIREMENT
The selection process we follow is unique and different from other HR firms. We here at
RPGS HR conduct our selection process in a very smooth and free flowing way. Our
process includes:
To begin with, we have a comprehensive discussion with our client. We discuss about the exact
requirement they are in need of and start our further screening process.
INITIAL SCREENING
The selection process often begins with an initial screening of applicants of individuals who
don't meet the position requirements. In this screening, a couple of simple questions are asked.
If the applicant isn’t fulfilling the requirement they tend to get disqualified, selected

EVALUATION
The selected candidates undergo Aptitude Test. Further selected candidates, who have
successfully completed their test are sent into the next rounds.

exchange information. The job interview is particularly significant because the applicants who
reach this stage are considered to be the foremost promising candidates. This round is usually
conducted by the client who has given the requirement.
PERMANENT JOB OFFER
Individuals who perform successfully within the preceding steps are now considered eligible to
receive the utilization offer. The particular hiring decision should be made by the manager
within the department where the vacancy exists.
