We shall provide technical specification of the server machines to Institute

along with Server Operating system and RDBMS requirements. Hardware,

middle-ware, Operating systems software and RDBMS software including

procurement, installation, operation & maintenance are not in our scope.

We shall configure the servers and install RDBMS and Web application.

Existing data shall be used for testing each of the functionalities. Where-

ever data is available in excel/ digital format it can be directly imported into

Olt Erp.

Our Consultants shall visit the institute and meet the key persons to know in

detail their process requirements for each of the departments. Existing

modules take care of maximum of Institutes’ needs (as being used in many

institutes consecutively and successfully) and wherever there is a gap we

shall customize.

Approach & Methodology

We shall train key persons of different department for use of Olt Erp through User

manuals, onsite/ skype training by our trainers.

Even after implementation if there is a need of any customization it will be taken

care off.

Non-disclosure agreement will be signed between the Institute and A & S Software

group so that confidentiality of data is maintained while Institute provide remote

access of their servers to A & S Software Group for implementation, customization

and Support.

Olt Erp is rugged, bug free, stable, and highly available and requires minimum of

support from us. Many of our clients have been using it for last more than 15 years

consecutively like MDI Gurgaon.

Since most of the modules are ready to use, implementation

time is very less and can be easily done in a phase wise

manner as per university requirements.

Support

• Olt Erp is a very well tested, well accepted, rugged, bug

free web application. We provide support remotely from

our office using our virtual private network (VPN)

• We ensure all complaints to be resolved within 48 hours.

• As and when required university visits will be done by

technical team.

We need two servers

• Database Server SQL Server 2008 /2012

• Web server IIS 7.5 with OS window server 2008/2012

• Server configuration Xeon processor ; Intel 8/12 GB RAM

,500 GB Hard disk with minimum raid 5 controller.

OR

We have our own cloud based server which can be used by

the Institute on payment basis.
