North Carolina Biotechnology Center The NC Biotechnology Center is a mixed use facility that operates as both a conference facility as well as a business incubator for the biotechnology industry in North Carolina. While building an addition, they decided to modernize the existing facility which was originally built in 1991 to maximize energy savings and embrace sustainability. Linc was able to leverage their financial acumen to include a 32kW photovoltaic solar array which was not included in the original grant funding.
