Reminders / Updates

Alternate Plans / End of Day - If you need to make different take-home arrangements for your child, It is very

important that you send a note or call the office prior to 3:00 p.m. There are many changes and requests at

the end of the day and it is helpful to have as much time as possible to get the message to your child. Once

busses begin leaving the school, they will not be asked to stop or return to the school.

Lost & Found - Believe it or not, our lost and found supply is filling up quickly. If your son/daughter is

missing any items, please stop in to see if it has been collected. The lost and found items are currently on a table

in the Jefferson Trail corridor.

Bathroom Accidents - Being a BK through 4th grade elementary building, bathroom accidents are a

common occurrence. If this is any sort of pattern for your son/daughter, we would ask that you have a change of

clothes available in their backpack.

Halloween Costume Reminder - Picking out a costume is an exciting time for students! Please keep in mind

when picking out or creating an outfit for your child to please refrain from costumes with excessive gore or

weapons. We have a few costumes on hand. If you are in need of one, just contact the office. During the

Halloween parade and parties, families may park in the back of the building from 1:30 p.m. until 3:20 p.m.

Vehicles MUST be moved by 3:20 p.m. Families parking in the back parking lot may enter through the rear doors

to the left of the cafeteria. For all those

attending Halloween festivities, we will

have sign in sheets and Party-Pass

Stickers available at the main entrance

and the back door.

Pick Up & Drop Off Lane In Front Of

School - We would like to remind every-

one that our drive along the front of the

building is for quick drop off and pick up of

students. Please do not leave your vehicle

unattended along the front drive at any

time as it acts as a fire lane.
