tour conditions & informAtion:it inerAries : Itineraries are prepared in advance and are subject to change at any time. Activities are planned and scheduled according to the bestinformation available at the time.

tour prices: All prices are based on 2013 pricing. Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices should there be any significantincreases in: (1)Airfare due to higher fuel costs, etc... (2)Ground costs due to possible increases in hotel charges and other costs due to the fluctuating valueof the U.S. dollar against foreign currency.

deposits And finAl pAyments:A deposit of $400.00 per person is required to hold your reservation of which $200.00 is non-refundable. Yourdeposit forms part of your final payment which is due 75 days prior to departure date. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Credit card paymentswill be charged an additional fee (3%)to process the payment. To make a credit card payment contact Canterbury.

cAncellAtion fees: If cancellation in writing is received by Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc. more than 75 days prior to departure all paymentsmade toward the price of the tour will be refunded, less $200.00 initial deposit. For cancellations received within 75 days prior to departure the followingcancellation fee applies: $400.00 (initial deposit)plus any applicable charges imposed on Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours the airlines, hotels, and bus companies.

Please note that the amount varies with each tour. Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc. retains the right to cancel any tour up to the departure date in whichcase all funds received will be returned promptly.

bAGGAGe: Every effort will be made to handle luggage carefully, however Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc. will not assume any liability for lost ordamaged luggage.

trAvel insurAnce: Although seldom used, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance (personal accident / trip cancellation / baggageinsurance). Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc. cannot accept responsibility for accidents, trip cancellations, or handling of baggage not under our control. Allcategories of insurance may be purchased from Access AmericaTravel Insurance.

GrAtuities : Gratuities to porter for luggage and servers for meals are included in tour price. The customary gratuity to motorcoach chauffeur, tour host,local guides, chambermaids, etc., is not included in tour price and should be extended on an individual, voluntary basis. Items such as room service, laundry,telephone calls, etc..., are not included.

responsibil ity : CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. acts only as an agent for the hotels and bus companies or owners or contractorsproviding accommodations, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts and contracts issued by the Company are issuedsubject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by suchhotels, bus companies or owners or contractors, and by the acceptance of such coupons, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees to thefollowing and also agrees that CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage toperson, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting, directly or indirectly from acts of God,whether it be fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, dejure or de facto, wars (whether declared or undeclared),hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes initinerary or schedule, or from any causes beyond the control of CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. or for any loss or damage resulting from improperor insufficient documents, and that CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. shall not be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenseor liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the foregoing causes. If illness or other imperative reason compels a member towithdraw after a tour begins, CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. will refund all savings possible. There will be no refund for the absence of missingoccasional sightseeing or meals. CANTERBURY PILGRIMAGES & TOURS INC. reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from any tour at any

time if his or her conduct is deemed detrimental to or not compatible with the interest, harmony, comfort or welfare of the tour as a whole. The companiesfeatured in these tours, airlines, bus, hotel and other contractors, are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengersare not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companiesand the purchaser of these tours.
