NAF S 125® & NAF S 227® Engineered Total Flooding Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing System offers a wide range of cylinder capacity fire extinguishing systems in the market by choosing from four different valve types and cylinders ranging from 5 to 240 litres.

Our seamless cylinders range from 5 to 120 litres, are super-pressurized to 42 bar (600 psi). These 42 bar pressurised cylinder assemblies are the perfect choice for systems with long pipe runs or retrofitting existing Halon 1301 systems.

The working pressure of 26.8, 40.2, 75, 120, 175 and 240 litres welded cylinders is marked at 25 bar (360 psi), providing lower cost option for new systems.

NAF S 125® & NAF S 227® agents are colorless liquefied gaseous. Physical properties of the agents are very similar to those of Halon 1301, making them an ideal total flooding agent. When the gaseous are released to atmosphere their boiling point and vapor pressure cause the agents to vaporize creating an homogenous agent / air mix throughout the enclosure.

It is laid down in NFPA 2001 standard that all total flooding clean agent systems shall have the enclosure examined and tested to locate and then effectively seal any significant air leaks that could result in a failure of the enclosure to hold the specified agent concentration level for the specified holding period of 10 minutes. Wherefore Eversafe offers a systematic gas integrity pneumatic test and provides with documented quantitative test results to our clients.

Our technicians are Retrotec certified level 3 testers who are comfortable with performing the enclosure integrity test, use Retrotec’s FanTestic Integrity software to evaluate peak pressure, free vent area & etc., and also able to do larger and more complex tests.

Our Retroctec blower door fan unit and other test equipment are calibrated and reliable, it gives accurate measurement and test results.
