How do we calculate profit?

Profit = Sold Price – (Purchasing Price + Develop cost)

Purchasing Price + Carrying Cost = Equity + Leverage

ROI = Profits/Equity

We only accept max 1 Million per project, or max 5 participants per projects with

200k at a minimal per contribution

How to participate:

We are accepting new contributors for 2019 now.

The order list/waiting list is first come and first serve.

Detailed project package will be shared once target properties are put under

Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC):

Licensed Fund; Return for contributors: target 8% +; enter and exit anytime while

earning interest from day one; secured by a portfolio of real estate assets

Legal Lending:

Return for contributors: target 11%, 1 year or less, secured by insurance for

guaranteed payout

Flipping:

Dividends and Profit sharing - target 15%+ annually, 12 or 24 months deals; only from

April to November, max 10 deals a year; limited room per deal
