My way to be a sportsman.

My name is Liza Zhukova. I am 13 years old and I live in Dmitrov, Moscow region, Russia. I study in the 7th class in gymnasium "Logos"

From early childhood I am fond of sport. At the age of five I had started dancing and swimming. I had been dancing for 8 years. In winters I like skiing and skating. In summer I go camping, hiking, cycling and canoeing.

In our town we have an annual bicycle race on Septembers and Mays. Also there are a lot of places where we can do sport. In my life I have met a lot interesting people who helped me to love sport.

But I want to tell you about my PE teacher Tatiana Valerievna Patriy. She is more than just another a PE teacher, however. She is a complicated person whose character has many sides. She is often in the public eye, but she is actually a very shy person. She is a beautiful woman with fair hair and brown eyes. She is friendly, generous and kind. She also has strong wills.

She recommended me to join in the school basketball team and I had loved basketball forever.So I thanked my teacher very much and I hope one day I will take part in the Olympic Games.

In winter I always take part in ski competitions.

Sports help people to keep fit. At the same time those who go in for sports try to achieve good results and win victories in sports competitions.

In sports and journeys men are known.

Practically speaking all kinds of sports are popular in our country. People go in for athletics, gymnastics, skiing, skating,tennis,canoeing, hiking- sports for any season, for any person, for any taste!
