MY FATHER STEPANOV UYRIY ALEKSANDROVICH

My father has been working as a children coach of field and track athletics for 18 years. He pays a big attention to young sportsmen.

VISITING DIFFERENT CITIES

The pupils of my father take part in different competitions : The Superiority of Russia among boys and girls , competitions and superiority Central Federal Districts and a lot of local competitions. The best sportsmen were Panichshev S. (the winner of SR 60 m.)? Alfyorova O. ( one of the strongest sprinters of CFD ). Sportsmen visited different cities Orel , Tula, Volgograd , Moscow, Sumy And others. During their visits my father arranges sightseeing of cities where they have competitions. My father also trains adult sportsmen , who work at Nuclear Power Plant.

TRADITION OF OUR TOWNOur town Kurchatov is a young town, 45 y.o. But it has a wonderful tradition. Before the Victory Day the best sportsmen of our town go to different cities . Visited there the Tomb of Unknown Soldier and take a fire from it The run all the back way. My father and his pupils have been taking part in this running for 15 years.

HOBBIES

Yuriy Aleksandrovich is not only a coach, he can play different games. He is a member of volleyball, basketball, football and tennis teams in competitions in our town. He also ski very well.

In 2002 my father, mother and elder brother took part in competition “ Mother, Father, I is a sports family” in Sosnovy Bor. ( I was 1 y.o. )

PEOPLE LOVE AND RESPECT MY FATHER

THIS IS ME.I’m Zakhar ! I’m 12. My sister is fond of volleyball, my brother likes rowing , my mother enjoys mountain skiing….but I want to be like my father – a runner !!!!

I train myself hard. My father helps me very much. As for me, he is the best coach in the world! May be I won’t be Usain Bolt , but I believe that Field and Track athletic is the best kind of sports !
