My boyfriend is trying to get insurance and is having a hard time..?He just turned 18 and about a year ago he got in a wreck and he got his licence taken away. He also had two citations and he is now trying to look for insurance a couple years later.. but all he can seem to find is way out of his price range. he has tried many different companies but they are like 300-400$ any advice?
