MGSA BUSINESS MEETING: Adhering to the guidelines of the MGSA Constitution, the Executive Board has voted not to hold a Business Meeting during the Symposium. The decision was based on the following considerations: 1) it was deemed that a Sunday morning meeting (the customary time) was not feasible given travel constraints for officers, most other Executive Board members, and many MGSA members; 2) the tight and very full Symposium program offered no viable time slots; 3) there are no outstanding issues pending. MGSA members are welcome to address issues of concern to the Executive Director in writing (at [email protected]) so that they can be discussed during the next sched-uled Executive Board meeting.

MGSA wishes to express its gratitude for the generous support of the Hellenic Studies Program, Simon Fraser University, the Office of President Michael Stevenson, Simon Fraser University, as well as the Greek Ministry of Culture for the support it has been extending to the Association over the years.
