The Ross 3 Step ModelThe oral messages entering the model in the figure illustrate that some messages are never heard because they never reach the sensation circle or level. Other messages may only reach the interpretation circle and perhaps never be totally understood. Even the messages that penetrate the comprehension circle may not be totally understood.
