MOBISCREEN – THE MOBILESCREENING PLANTS FROM KLEEMANNThe MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants are used for screening almost all types ofnatural stone and construction materials. The classifying and scalping screens are available in a double- or triple-deck design, with hydraulic or diesel-electric drives. There are a wide variety applications for the MOBISCREEN plants. There are a large number of screen media options available to achieve different grain sizes for the different feed materials.

With a capacity of up to 551 US tons (500 tons) per hour, the screening plants MS 952 and MS 953 have a very high produc-tion output.

In order to guarantee an optimal material outflow, the feed hopper has a large feed capacity and opens in the direction of the material flow.

Simple loading is thus possible with a wheel loader. The size of the hopper accommodates a variety of loading options.

SCALPING SCREENSScalping screens are designed to classify material as a stand alone plant or sort the material prior to crushing. SCREENING TECHNOLOGY – THE MATCHING SCREEN BASES FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS

Screen surfaces are severely tested during the dailyroutine. To guarantee continuous and reliable screening to the desired final product size, the screen media from KLEEMANN are made of particularly wear-resistant spring wire steel or round wire. Thanks to their double bracing at the intersections, they have a very high mesh stability to

guarantee uniform screening. The screening result itself is determined by numerous factors. The most important influencing factors include the material shape, the moisture content and the loaded volume.
