Company overviewand chosen mobile apps

Page 2: Mobile Project at DeSmart

The greatest asset of our company is teamwork. To achieve project goals we will gather interdisciplinary team consisting of 1 or 2 iOS Developers, 1 or 2 Android Developers, Scrum Master, Tester and Product Owner

This approach gives us an advantage and security that the objectives of the project will be implemented by the Development Team in cooperation with external developers (API Developers, Graphics and UX Designers). Often one part of the team (for example iOS Devs) are engaged in work on the part of the project, they set a path and then share this knowledge up to date with the second part of the team (for example Android Devs).

Teamwork

Page 3: Mobile Project at DeSmart

Important Lesson learned from the implementation of recent mobile apps is that Graphic Designer should have the knowledge how to design for mobile. It is also important that particular screens were ready before we would start coding.

Therefore, we propose to work closely with Designers already during the creative process. We share our knowledge, indicate differences between the platforms and emphasize the standards set out in the iOS and Android guidelines.

We are fans of Clean Architecture. As we are building dedicated project team, we are able to perform Code Review.

We will assign dedicated tester to the project. He would be responsible for ensuring product quality by performing functional tests on devices available in the office. We plan to purchase equipment to cover 70-80% of devices specified as units available by the clients customers.

In the case of non-standard devices we would use online services offering tests with physical devices.

Page 26: Mobile Project at DeSmart

Below we present the cost of the team for the weekly Sprint (example - app + API)

The team consists of:

- 1 iOS developers full time (100% time)- Tester (30% time, but this should be enough to perform all project tasks)- UX Designer background (50% time)- PHP Developer (50 % time)

Cost of the team per weekly Sprint: 2500 EUR

There is a possibility to increase/decrease the commitment of each team member. We define estimated commitment to reduce Sprint's cost but we should define and measure engagement of team members before each Sprint or Release
