Our Work in NYC: Wake Up!• NYC Schools Attendance Challenge• Mayor Bloomberg started WAKE UP! NYC to reach

the 250,000 NYC public school students who miss a month or more of school each year.

• Results. Down by 24% over the previous year in ten elementary schools and by 16% in eight middle schools.
