Who Qualifies
TSP
Objective: to ensure priority restoration of communications lines most critical to the security and safety of American citizens
Protection during disasters: floods, forest fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, and terrorist attacks
Provides guaranteed priority restoration of telecom services when service providers’ resources are overextended
