My Personal Leadership PhilosophyThroughout my professional journey I have realized that I thrive on supporting organizations to make positive change by working collaboratively with others to create clear objectives and strategies.

My purpose is to positively engage with others by developing strong connections and working towards common goals and objectives. As a leader I like to challenge the status quo and collaborate with team members to work strategically towards these common goals. I highly value all members of the teams ideas and will consider each when deciding the best course of action towards achieving outcomes.

I am very goal orientated and persevering to achieve outcomes is a strength of mine. I gain energy from others and truly believe “success breeds success” therefore success is something I reward and acknowledge both individually and at a team level.

I also believe learning is lifelong and role model this in my own approach to my professional growth.
