and reinstatement o" e)istin% "acilities. en&ironmental protection. and implementation o"

health and sa"ety measures.

6.0 The (:P7;( reuires that the desi%n and e)ecution o" the #7! ta$e into account the

nature o" the en&ironment within which the #7! will e constructed. t is there"ore

essential that PT. PAT# P+T !++ liaises e""ecti&ely with all o""icially

acti&ities o" areas ad,acent to the #or$ Areas caused y the e)ecution o" the #7! to a

le&el acceptale to such Authorities.

8.0 #here PT. PAT# P+T !++ is reuired to 9de"ine9 somethin% -"or e)ample' an

in&esti%ation or sur&ey/ then such de"inition must include e&erythin% necessary to ensure that

the in&esti%ation or sur&ey %enerates the in"ormation necessary to enale PT. PAT#

P+T !++ to meet the reuirements o" the (:P7;(.

>.0 PT. PAT# P+T !++ shall adhere strictly to the reuirements is respect o" health'

sa"ety and en&iromental aspects %i&en in the 7TAT includin% the custody and care o" the

e)istin% "acilities alon%side the wor$in% areas under 7TAT PAA( 7. 11A. " the

4.4 RISK

PT. Pratiwi Putri !ulun% oli%ation is to ensure that PT. PAT# P+T !++

estalishes implements' maintains and impro&es a ris$ mana%emen%t system that will ensure

that the #7! are desi%ned' e)ecuted and completed in such a manner that ris$ is

competently identi"ied and mana%ed.

%. ESSENTIAL OPERATION RE$UIRE!ENTS

The pipeline system to e pro&ided as part o" the #7! shall e capale o" operatin% non*

stop -24 hours per day/ "rom the date o" Ta$in% 7&er and such will pro&ide

• Pulic in"ormation ser&ices' with ad&ice issued in su""icient time' are pro&ided where

disruptions to e)istin% utility ser&ices are una&oidale'

• :onitorin% the en&ironmental and social impacts o" the carryin% out o" the #7!'

• Eealin% with antiuities and liaison with rele&ant authorities'

• The pro&ision o" power in whate&er "rom necessary "or the e)ecution and completion o"

the #7! includin% power "or Tests on ompletion and Tests a"ter ompletion -i"

structures and &e%etation and the preparation o" the !T( "or wor$in%' includin% anyroad di&ersions and the li$e' shall e responsiility o" PT. PAT# P+T !++.

o e)istin% access may e closed without an alternati&e access ein% pro&ided.

3/ The (:P7;( will not pro&ide any wor$in% space to PT. PAT# P+T

Erawin%s. PT. PAT# P+T !++ should prepare additional wor$in% space "or

his own use i" necessary' then all such additional wor$in% space shall e sourced and

otained y him' entirely at his own cost.

4/ PT. PAT# P+T !++ shall' at his own e)pense' source any uarries or

orrow pits that may e reuired' includin% arran%in% "or and otainin% all necessary

permits where such are still not a&ailale. ()cept where stated otherwise' PT. PAT#

P+T !++ shall at his own e)pense arran%e adeuate o""*!T( disposal o" all

surplus e)ca&ated materials and disposal and remo&al o" demolished wor$ -e)istin%

o""ice' e)istin% security %uard hause' e)istin% warehause' e)istin% E( !helter' etc'

includin% arran%in% "or and otainin% all necessary permits where such are still not

a&ailale.5/ The !T( -includin% #or$ Areas/ shall e returned to the ori%inal neat and tidy

condition on completion o" the #7!. All holes shall e properly ac$"illed to the

ori%inal line and le&els' all dama%es shall e properly repaired snd all e&idences o"

construction acti&ities shall e remo&ed.
