1 We discussed the need for a primary market research in order to better understand our potentialcustomers. We found that it would be useful to conduct such a research targetting passionate gamers

(eg.) members of the gaming society) as well as low-involvement gamers. We created a list of

questions to be used in the survey.

We discussed the video pitch that we need to create, in terms of storyline and content. We decided onthe format (voice-over and illustrative images) and wrote the script as a group.

We also covered several other aspects of the VP that each member researched since our last meeting,

such as the costs, the promotion, the pricing model, the offerings and others.
