These sites are along Church Avenue and CSAH 81 as well as from Well No. 4 to Well No. 5. Below is a table showing the breakdown of bids from YTS Companies, LLC and Dehn Tree Co. Please see exhibits “Clear & Grub Sites – A” and “Clear & Grub Sites – B” for locations of project. Church Ave. property is being performed for the purposes of future development and or sale of this property and the Ditch area on CSAH 81 from Well 4-5, is being performed in preparation for ditch cleaning and possible future trail connections to the Vincent Woods property. YTS Dehn Church Ave & CSAH 81 $6,750.00 $8,500.00 CSAH 81 (Wells 4-5) $1,500.00 $1,800.00
