Vision for 1617 term

Vision for the entity for the term 1617 is to transform the organisation into modern one with strong foundations based on our purpose, vision, knowledge and skills, that will become a leader and brand that cannot be bypassed among the youth and that will be the main source of leadership development

for youth in our country.

Message from the MCP

Dear applicant,

Allow me to congratulate you on deciding to apply MC 1617 of AIESEC in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For more than 60 years now, AIESEC in our country has been present and developing youth into leaders of tomorrow. Today, afteryears and years of learning, doing what we do best and developing developing our organization, especially in last 5 years, we havecome to the point where AIESEC is truly recognized, both locally and in the global plenary. Various recognitions and awards, suchas GMAC Social Impact Challenge, where our project was selected to be one of 3 best and most impactful projects in whole AIESECnetwork, are there to confirm this and to ensure us that even bigger and greater things are coming!

Our generation has the privilege to take the role of reshaping our organization, setting the goals and making a path for generationsto come.

I have a strong belief in AIESEC in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it‘s relevance and potential. To accompany this I have a visionand am willing to do what it takes to reack it and even exceed. But, I cannot do it on my own, because bigger the dream, moreimportant the team!

So, if you are also a dream, risk-taker and are willing to commit for what you believe in, don‘t hesitate, apply!

AIESEC?

• What is the optimal goal for AIESEC in Bosnia and Herzegovina

in oGCDP to achieve and, please, give us arguments how you

came up with it?

• Keeping in mind that VP oGCDP’s role is to provide quality

delivery of leadership experiences for our EPs, how would you

ensure that all of them actually receive it and what would be your

target NPS for this?

• Please evaluate the current state of oGCDP in AIESEC in BiH

and state the main bottlenecks? How would you overcome them?

network? What should be the specific areas of cooperation?

• As a part of AIESEC 2020, there is a promise to be more

accessible to everyone everywhere. State three strategies how to

include youth from minor cities into our programs and projects

without opening new official initiatives.

• On the global level, AIESEC is becoming more recognized than

ever as youth voice from side of governmental and non-

governmental institutions and organizations. How would see

collaboration with government and international agencies and

organizations on national level for all our programs and give

possible outcomes of that collaboration?

• We are struggling with implementation of Team Minimums.What

kind of an approach would you take to see them implemented in a

proper way. The materials are already made. You can enlist three

approaches.
