Step 3: Remove stock from the barrel. Use the Phillips-Head Screwdriver to remove the 2 forend screws, and the 1 rear end screw. Then pull up. Set aside stock and insert.

Step 1: Clear your Firearm - Check the chamber, bolt face and magazine well.

Step 5: Use the Flat Head Screwdriver to push off the E-clip. Be prepared, the E-Clip will try and fly away.

Step 4: Focus on the Trigger Assembly. Position the Trigger Hinge Pin over the hole on your block of wood.

Step 6: Use the 1/16” Punch to push out the Hinge Pin. Set aside.

Step 7: Remove trigger. Set aside.

Step 8: Flip up Sear, then remove Trigger Return Spring.

Step 9: Use the Precision Phillips-Head Screwdriver to remove the factory Pre- Travel Adjustment Screw on the Trigger.

Step 10: Insert the M*CARBO Set Screw using the 1.5mm Allen Key into the Trigger. Thread until flush on the top of the trigger. Then set aside.

Step 11: Insert Trigger Return Spring onto the tab in the Trigger Assembly. Then drop Sear onto spring. There is a tab on the sear that should go into the Trigger Return Spring.

Step 12: Open up the synthetic grease with PTFE.

Place a drop on your finger and use it to pick up a shim.

Step 14: Add Blue 242 Loctite to Set Screw. Once you add the blue loctite the next few steps become time sensitive.

Place grease around trigger and then place shim on trigger. Lining up the holes. Do for both side of trigger.

Step 13: Place a small amount of grease in channel on top of trigger.

Step 15: Drop trigger into Trigger Assembly. Make sure to line up the hole. Be careful not to push shims out of the position. Once in place push hinge pin right through the trigger.

Step 16: Install E-clip using the Flat-Head Screwdriver.

Step 17:

Since we have already threaded the set screw in as far as it could go now we need to back it off until its just barely positively engaged with the sear. This also ensures that the blue loctite gets into the internal threads on the trigger.

Use the 1.5mm Allen Key and reverse the set screw out a little bit at a time. Move the trigger to check the engagement.

Step 18: Grab the stock and place the Take Down Screw Insert into place.

Step 19: Take the barrel and Trigger Assembly and drop it into the stock.

Step 20: Install the front and rear takedown screws. Starting with the two smaller front screws place a drop of Blue 242 Loctite on them. Use the 3mm Allen key to secure them into place. Do the same with the longer rear screw, placing it into the most rearward hole. Snug the screws evenly at the end.

Step 21: The last step is a function test. To make sure your rifle is in good working order. Place weapon on safe, pull the trigger. Then place on fire and feel the difference.
