For the very first time, we have a graduate scheme for you. The blueprint for the brand new MBf Graduate Scheme aims to let you grow together with our company, which continues to expand in many ways.

As you are an unique high-flyer, we have designed three specific schemes for you to choose from. Each MBf Graduate Scheme is flexible as it builds upon your

strengths and takes you to greater heights. It provides a wider range of business skills that will serve you well into the future, no matter where and what you venture into. All schemes are structured to enable you to get a comprehensive understanding of who we are and what we do.

Our aim during the 12-month training programme is to groom you to hold a managerial position. We will invest in and work hand-in-hand with you for this purpose. You can expect two-way evaluations with mentors for the development of yourself and the company. We will also identify skills gaps and then develop and strengthen your skills through training programmes.

Supply Chain Management Scheme At MBf, Supply Chain plays a major role in our sustainability mission. As such, you will notice yourself developing at a fast pace. Under this scheme, trainees will be involved from the sourcing of raw materials right up to delivering the end product.

Property Management SchemeProperty Management is a specialised industry that cannot be mastered by merely studying about it. MBf trainees learn the nuts and bolts of the industry via dealings in commercial, retail and residential properties.

Which formal qualifications do I need?A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in e.g. business, property or engineering. Though we are open to other educational lines of study, it should be noted that our scheme has a broad business focus.   

When should I have finished my degree?You need to have finalised your Bachelor's/Master's degree within the past two years. Graduates are taken into our schemes all year round.

What should I focus on in my application?Convince us with your background and profile that you have the potential to become a key employee and that we should invite you to a personal interview.

What should I attach with my application?Please attach your CV, academic certificates and any other relevant documents.

What should I attach, if I have not yet completed my degree?Please attach an overview of your latest exam marks.

What does a graduate usually earn?MBf pays a competitive market salary whilst on our scheme.

Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the programme?You are hired for one year as a full-time employee. Upon completion of the scheme, we expect your skills and experiences to qualify you for another full-time job at MBf. There is no unconditional job guarantee, but due to our investment in you, we obviously wish to make good use of your unique skills when you have finished the programme.
