Manage Payroll projects for all aspects of operations including time & attendance tools, new launches, efficiency

projects and M&A efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase automation. Work with 3rd party vendors and partner departments to develop, test and

implement automation

Ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Audit regulations. Create specification documents, driving

project schedules from design to release, and managing the

Develop and implement consistent and repeatable processes for new implementations

Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote

project teams. Optimize time-to-market by making appropriate tradeoffs

2. Technical Project Manager / Finance Operations:

Exposure in Finance Operations / FinTech projects is a must.

6+ years’ hands-on experience building related software solutions with current industry standard

technologies: Java, C#, SQL, etc.

2+ years’ experience leading dev teams to design business software solutions

Understands large-scale cross-system architecture. Experience managing large programs. Makes technical

trade-offs between short term team needs and long term business needs.

3. Global Payments Product Manager

Experience in online payment, marketing and 3rd

party relationship, is a major bonus

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing new payment programs and relationships with Japanese financial institution partners, including

driving the strategic, operational and financial performance of the programs you oversee.

You will own and develop the long term vision and end-to-end roadmap for your suite of products.

Full Business management, including creating business strategy, owning P&L, and managing program

metrics

Working with internal teams including, Project Managers, Software Engineers and Vendor Managers.
