After the organization of the 2015 World Championships in Annecy which were a real plebiscite, we decided to share our passion and trail running experience around the

world.

If Sicily is the most charismatic island in the Mediterranean then Etna is its iconic beating heart. The MaXi-Race Sicilia will allow you to run on the Europe’s highest active volcano UNESCO World Heritage Site . This mountain is a volcano, still active, and everywhere you look you see how everything is in His image and likeness.

The Maxi Race Madeira will take place in a forest absolutely unique in the world, the Laurissilva forest of Madeira.

This forest was classified World Natural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 1999.

The race will take place in São Vicente, in the north coast of the island, a place forgotten by the traileurs until now.

A fabulous playground for a nice race, with a good temperature around 17 degrees.
