Terms & conditions

PricesPrices ex VAT in SEK and EUR. We reserve the right to make price adjust-ments without prior notice. We reserve the right to add a fee of 50 SEK / 5 EUR when sending a payment reminder. All orders below 10,000 SEK / 1000 EUR are charged with a handling fee of 400 SEK / 40 EUR. We dis-claim any liability for typographical errors and omissions in this pricelist.

Delivery ConditionsMateus can arrange delivery for the goods, at the named place. Mateus adds the freight cost on the invoice. Overdue invoices must be settled be-fore new delivery.

ClaimsClaims should be made within 3 working days from the delivery date to mateus@mateuscollection.com. Products should not be returned without approval by Mateus, Customer Service. Claims will be replaced with credit. The replacement for claimed products will be placed as a new order.

Defective productsDefected products should be reported immediately after receiving the ship-ments, along with a digital photo via email to: mateus@mateuscollection.com. Products should not be returned without approval by Mateus, Cus-tomer Service. Mateus will be sending invoices via e-mail. If the customer needs an invoice by post Mateus reserves its rights to add 50 SEK / 5 EUR on the invoice.

The Stripes CollectionMateus Stripes balances soft shapes with graphic patterns that draws inspiration from the 1960’s. The handcrafted collection consist of a plat-ter, bowl, plate and mug in six colours, with organic stripes decorating the glazed surface.
