Links With Enterprise All students undertake compulsory work experience internships in private companies and the final projects are addressed to develop practical application works such as a business plan.

Job Exchange and Professional Careers Guidance Service Students have access to the IQS Job Exchange and to the Professional Careers guidance Service, where they are given professional guidance and help, especially with their first job placement.

lnternational Vocation IQS student exchanges with foreign universities are an ideal complement to the program studies, by providing an experience that enriches the students both academically and personally.

Full English Program and Language Learning IQS provides the opportunity to take the undegraduate program in Business Administration and Management entirely in English or gradually, in Spanish and English, as well as the opportunity to learn German.

Personalized Care and Small Groups Students have personal tutors to guide them in academic, professional and personal matters. Classes are made up of small groups in all IQS undergraduate programs.

IQS Grants IQS has an extensive program of scholarships and grants, which include Scholarships for Excellence and Family Assistance Grants.

The aim of the Joint Master’s Program in Global Entrepreneurial Management (jMGEM) is to train you in management and administration of companies and organisations in global markets, with a strong emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. When you complete the program, you will be ready to assume management and leadership responsibilities in companies and organisations in international markets.

The jMGEM is offered jointly with the University of San Francisco (USA) and Fu

Jen Catholic University in Taipei (Taiwan) and involves a unique experience in the

sphere of global markets. In 12 packed months you’ll experience all that it means

to live and interact in the three geographical settings (Barcelona in Europe, Taipei

in Asia and San Francisco in the USA), as the program consists of:

• First four months (September-December) at IQS (Barcelona, Spain).

• Second four months (January-April) at Fu Jen Catholic University (Taipei, Taiwan).

• Third four months (May-August) at the University of San Francisco (USA).

Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Business, Economics, Management, Engineering or similar. English level TOEFL 550 or equivalent.

Duration and Academic Workload: 12 months. 60 ECTS credits.

Consultancy Projects: 3 ECTS credits.

Final Project: 15 ECTS credits.

Teaching Language: English (100%).

Student Profile

The Master’s Program in Global Entrepreneurial Management is aimed at students who have completed an undergraduate program in the areas of business, economics, management engineering or similar. The undergraduate program could be from Spain or from other countries. Other academic backgrounds will be assessed by the joint admissions committee.

In any case, the candidates must possess and understand knowledge in the different areas of the business world. The ad-missions committee will be responsible for deciding on the suitability of candidates to enrol in the Master’s Program or the need to take complementary courses to meet the admission requirements, after studying the candidate’s profile and his or her professional background.

Candidates must provide evidence of a TOEFL 80 Internet Based Score or its equivalent IELTS or TOEIC.

Upon completing the jMGEM graduates are awarded a Joint Master’s Program by the IQS School of Management – Univer-sitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona, Spain), Fu Jen Catholic University (Taipei, Taiwan) and the University of San Francisco (USA). Graduates can take advantage of three professional career services and for all intents and purposes become alumni of the three institutions.

/ The jMGEM is highly practical, as it includes:a) Courses involving applied methodologies.b) Practical case studies.c) Business visits.d) Guest speakers.e) Consultancy projects.

/ The mix of students in the course ensures great geographical and cultural diversity. The number of places is limited to 45 students (15 places for each of the three universities).

/ The jMGEM is taught in English, but we offer you elective courses in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese in Barcelona (Spain) and Taipei (Taiwan) respectively.

/ At the end of the program while at the University of San Francisco, you can apply to complete an internship in companies in the USA, Taiwan or Spain.

/ The program consists of 60 ECTS credits and is taught entirely in English.

/ The jMGEM program has cooperation agreements with companies on the three continents where it is taught.

/ Consultancy projects are conducted by real companies in Spain and in San Francisco which operate in global markets.

The curriculum of the Master’s in Global Entrepreneurial Management is structured in three sequential modules throughout the duration at the three different geographical locations. Each module consists of four classes, aside from the consulting projects and business plan work, which is developed throughout the entire academic year at each of the three Universities. The defense of the final business plan is done at the end of the program in San Francisco.

The sequence of the program is as follows: • From September to December in Barcelona, Spain (IQSSchool of Management).• From January to April in Taipei, Taiwan (Fu Jen CatholicUniversity).• From May to August in San Francisco, USA (Universityof San Francisco).

Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management

The Master’s in Global Entrepreneurial Management (MGEM) is a highly innovative program stemming from the fact that it recruits students from a wide range of countries. In the last editions, the program has had students from: Spain, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France, Russia, USA, Taiwan, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Kuwait, Iran, Lebanon, Vene-zuela, Argentina and Mexico. The diversity acquired through the program’s placement in three unique and international cities (Barcelona, Taipei and San Francisco) allows students to experience a practical style of learning both inside and outside the classroom.

The methodology is based on the development of numerous cases and projects that the students ought to carry out in mixed teams. Further, throughout the program the students manage consulting projects in conjunction with businesses that operate in global markets. Some Collaborating Companies:

Admissions Process

The PhD degree programme in Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability is set within the “Aristos Campus Mundus 2015" framework. This initiative is the result of the strategic aggregation of three socially oriented universities (the University of Deusto, Comillas Pontifical University and Ramon Llull University).

The PhD degree programme provides insight into the different factors that affect the competitiveness of companies and territories with a view to contributing to the economic and social development of the world we live in. Particular emphasis is placed on innovation as an essential factor for competitiveness and on sustainability as a key element to guarantee the well-being of future generations.

The search for better solutions to organise the competitiveness of companies and territories demands not only financial resources but above all, research and innovation capacities. Furthermore, it calls for proper management of said research and innovation that enables financial resources to be effectively translated as innovations that underpin sustainable competitiveness.

/ The following documentation is required:

- Official Transcript (original collated copy) including all the subjects and their results from all the studiesdone at home university, including GPA.

- Copy of your academic degree certificate or diploma.- 80 TOEFL or 6.0 IELTS score.- Curriculum Vitae.- 2 Letters of recommendation.- Personal statement: 1-page describing your motivation to join the program.- Passport photocopy.- 3 Passport photos.- Processing fee of € 100.

/ The IQS Admissions Committee will make its decision in about one month. The applicant will be informed of its decision by electronic mail. If admitted, he will have to proceed with the reservation payment. During the whole process, the candidate will be able to check his application status through the platform with just introducing his user and password.

/ A Certified photocopy of the Bachelor’s Diploma will be required for the final enrollment (10-point grading scale).

/ The seats will be assigned both by pre-registration order and by the reservation payment. This amount will be reimbursed only in the cases in which the applicant will not meet the academic requirements.
